Job Description
- Check Daily Heath check Reports for Network & San Switches
- Monitor Finacle Devices through Ping Info View Monitoring tool.
- Monitoring all Finacle Network Devices in Entity Monitoring tool.
- Team shall check the Memory Utilization, CPU Utilization and Switches Uptime of all Finacle Network devices and share the Health Check report to Bank Network Team on Daily Basis.
- Team shall regularly monitor the alerts triggered in Entuity tool and take appreciate action for the alerts.
- Team shall attend the daily troubleshooting calls including Check Port up/down errors, assign Vlan on switch ports devices.
- Team shall check emails & revert accordingly
- Team shall regularly check the new patches/Nxos versions released for the Finacle Network devices in the OEM portal and upgrade the devices accordingly as per the business downtime approval.
- Team shall put new Access Control Lists (ACLs) in DC/DR/NR Network Devices or make necessary configuration changes as per the Change Requests (CRs) which are approved in CAB meeting or any Urgent CR on need basis.
- Teams shall daily work on mitigating the VAPT points mentioned in Quarterly VAPT reports shared by our Information Security
- Team, Team raise new Service request, Work order or Change request for change any configuration as per Bank Team guidelines.
- Check logs on switch if found any switch port goes down or some Power fluctuation alarm is there in logs then fist check manually and also need to raise P1 case with Cisco TAC Team, And show the observation to Bank Team.

- Then Need to check with cisco team, inform to Cisco engineer about problem and take observation from cisco and send to Bank team.
- Also check with connected devices as well like connected devices is Servers, Load Balancer, and Backup server. Make sure redundancy path is working or not.
