Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Generate leads for sales for properties through cold calls and referrals.
Create and implement new business opportunities by utilizing strategic networking strategies.
Identify prospects' needs and develop appropriate responses along with suitable information on properties.
Develop and execute sales presentations for online and offline marketing of properties.
Achieve sales goals by cultivating and securing new customer relationships.
Enhance profitability by developing pipelines utilizing marketing and sales strategies.
Sell high volume of properties in short timeframes.
Manage contracts, negotiations, and all aspects of sales to finalize sales of properties.
