Job Description

Hi,

 

We are looking for Business Development Managers/Executives as per the below job description.

 

Work locations - Hyderabad-Bangalore-Chennai

 

Salary- 3.50-4.50 lac per annual

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Prospect for potential new clients and to build multiple revenue streams.
  • Cold calling as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust
  • pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging
  • your network.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision-makers within the client organization.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and companys practice
  • leaders/Principles.
  • Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that adds value to the
  • clients needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Be hands on with negotiation regarding price and market acquisitions.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through
  • differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.

 

Skills required:

 

  • At least 1 year of proven work experience in Pre-sales role/ Offline sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Energy, passion, and a real drive to get ahead
  • Capable, quick, determined
  • Immaculate attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Ready to work in a fast paced environment, high willingness to learn, and hardworking
