Job Description

• Graduation in technical stream
• CCNA / CCNP or higher network certification, 3+ years of work experience in
• managing LAN & WAN solutions
• Thorough understanding of the OSI network model, TCP/IP networking , IPv4 &
• IPv6 protocols
• Thorough understanding of Switching & Routing solutions, L2 & L3 Protocols
• including BGP
• Perform level 3 server and network troubleshooting, server rack mounting and
• cable patching / management
• Take full ownership for managing the incident to resolution within the service
• level conditions
• Ability to prioritize and multitask , Willingness to learn new technologies and
• maintain industry leading technical knowledge
• Good communication, documentation and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation skills
• Open to work in NOC or 24x7 work environments
