Position                Sales Executive - Residential

Grade   On Company Payroll

Salary    As per Salary Annexure

Age        22-28 years

Qualification       Graduate / Post Graduate with 3-5 years of Sales experience

Previous Work Experience           1-2 years of  Sales Experience

Preferred Industry Background Pest control industry

Pharma Industry/ Hospitality

Logistics Industry/ FMCG

Previous experience in direct client interactions

Reporting to       Team Leader

Business activities            Daily follow up with team for conversion of list prospects in their respective funnel list

Visiting customers

Mapping of the area, list of all major business segment with contact person phone and mail id.

Coordination with commercial proposal cell for meeting, negotiation, collection etc.

SV, Invoicing, collections

Contribution towards the organisation's CSR activities

Reportees           NA

Job Responsibilities         *100% Completion of Sales Budget assign to him and team(if any)

*Generating leads through Cold Calling / References

*Pitching presentations

*Handling residential / societies / Bungalows / Small Corporate

*Generating Sales through Door Knocking activities and MCC Activities

*Preparing Inspection Report

*Preparing Funnel Report

*Pricing and Generating Sales Invoice

*Closing the sale

*Collection

*Liaison with Service Team for service scheduling

Other Skills  - Required  *Experience in door knocking sales and handling B2C model of sales

*Excellent oral communications skills

* Presentation Skills

*Aptitude for sales

* Pleasing personality

Other Skills  - Preferred *Strong team player
