Manager/Assistant Manager - Finance - Loan @ Synergy Plus

Job Description

1. Prepare financial projections, estimations and ratio analysis for loan financing 2. Liasioning with banks/NBFCs for the fresh term loan for purchase of new equipment / refinancing of loan. 3. Monitoring the existing Loans (including regular repayment, Nach mandate enactment, follow up etc.) and ensure timely debt servicing of lenders 4. Providing information to the lenders (QMS, FSMTL etc.) 5. Ensure quarterly and half yearly compliance of listed NCDs and sanction compliance of equipment financing lenders 6. Monitoring/scrutiny of CIBIL/CRILC reports of Company and promoters and follow up with lenders for any wrong reporting 7. Assisting in disbursement of project term loan including preparation of monthly progress report, site visits etc.
