We are looking for Agency Channel Sales Manager for Health/Life Insurance Sales Domain.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our agency network, driving sales growth, and developing new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in agency channel sales management in the Life, Health or General Insurance industry, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Manage and expand our agency network, including recruiting new agencies and developing relationships with existing agencies.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, agencies, and internal teams.
experience in agency channel sales management in the Life, Health or General Insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
Proven track record of success in developing and managing agency networks, driving sales growth, and meeting revenue targets.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train agency sales teams.
