Job Description

As Marine Supervisor you will supervise the team working on marine-based civil engineering projects to ensure the delivery of work meets quality and time requirements. You will also need to ensure they stay within planned milestones and budget restrictions, whilst at all times adhering to the companies safety policies and procedures.

Usual Responsibilities:

Coordinating and managing the staff team + specialist sub-contractors
Creating and managing team schedules, issues and disputes
Follow all site safety requirements to ensure the safety and wellbeing management of all stakeholders
Keeping the project resourced with plant and materials
Monitoring productivity and providing feedback
Problem-solving
Monitoring and controlling all aspects of OH&S
Providing reports on works completed
