Job Responsibilities
*100% Completion of Sales Budget assign to him and team(if any)
Skill Development -4 days in month .
*Developing business tie up with Large Institutions & Key Accounts for pest control service
*Generating leads through networking, reference, existing customer database and cold calling if required
*Pitching presentations for big accounts
*Handling Corporates like hotels / hospitals / IT&ITES/SME
*Conducting detail inspection of the site, preparing inspection Report, pricing and sales invoice
* Analyze Key Account Gained / Lost
*Preparing Funnel Report
*Payment Collection and controlling bad debts
*Liaison with Service Team for service scheduling
*Relationship Management with Key Accounts
*Ensure desired productivity level of team members and following company sales process
Team Management
*Recruit, Train and Retain Team Members
*Review Team through morning Meeting / DSRs
*Conduct Field Coaching / Role Plays for team members
*Ensure Team discipline
