Manage and execute administrative and strategic tasks across all marketplace channels. These channels include but are not limited to, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc
Create, manage, and optimise listings for all marketplaces
Research and identify new marketplaces, including logistical needs and pricing
Day-to-day maintenance of keeping products successful on marketplace channels. This includes monitoring customer emails/feedback/reviews and providing same-day responses, monitoring metric shifts, understanding trends as they develop, and reviewing daily reporting, and revenue
Developing strategies to increase revenue and the conversion rate of products, including but not limited to product page optimization, packaging/inserts, customer emails, potential marketplace-exclusive deals, bundling products, and more
Understanding everything about the specific marketplace where our products are being sold is critical (e.g., competitors, marketplace terms of service changes, etc.)
Assisting in updating daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for each marketplace
Marketplace Specialist Skills & Requirements
Bachelor s degree in marketing, business and related fields
At least two years experience in e-commerce, online marketing, or equivalent;
Knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, etc). Experience buying and selling on Amazon, other online platforms etc. is preferred;
Ability to create, analyse, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, production, and communication with others;
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
