Electrical Engineer @ DC Consultants

Job Description

We are having an urgent opening for the position of E-plan Engineer for a reputed company at the Mahape(Navi Mumbai) location.

Job Description:

• Prepare Electrical drawing in EPLAN Electric P8 with help of plant layout, P&ID diagrams, project device list independently.
• Prepare Cabinet layout (Internal Mounting layout & External layout for all
• 400vac/ 220vac/ 24vdc electrical devices, RITTAL busbar, terminal, wire duct)
• 24vdc,120vac, 440vac distribution circuits, field device connections, Siemens remote IO module panels & marshaling cabinet drawings in EPLAN Electric P8 software.
• Updating/modifying Electrical connections, Profinet Network layout, Panel layout as per site revision markups.
• Follow company and customer standards to prepare cabinet layout & electrical drawings.

Profile / Qualification:

• Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering o Experience: 3 - 8 yrs.

**Preference for the candidate** who will be having experience in electrical cabinet design for Process & Conveyor technology in the Automotive Paint shop industry. 

• Good knowledge of Electrical design & automation controls. o Candidate should be having proficiency on Eplan Electric P8.
• He should be capable to design Cabinet layout independently. (example - Cabinet min. size: 600mm x 2000mm x 500mm Maximum size: 4800mm x 2000mm x 500mm).
• He should be capable to do the sizing/selection of RITAAL make busbar parts/accessories in cabinet layout.
• He should be capable to understand plant layout / P&ID diagrams/project device list to prepare electrical drawings in Eplan.
• He should be having good knowledge in SIEMENS PLC / Remote i/o cards / Frequency drive / Soft starters / DOL starters / Pressure sensor / Flow sensor / Temperature sensor / Limit switches and other related   instrumentation.
• He should be capable to do size selection of Fuse/ breakers/ MPCB / Contactors / Terminals / Wire & cable for respective Cabinet electrical drawing.
• Salary Range: 5 TO 8 Lacs PA. not a constraint for the right candidate
