  • Attending Telephone calls for the Directors
  • Taking down dictation -shorthand
  • Assisting in Various departmental co-ordination
  • Filing of documents for the Directors
  • Handling and maintaining confidential documents for the Directors
  • Managing the Office for the Director the Director
  • Calendar Management for the Director
  • Scheduling and Organizing Meetings and Ensuring that both, the
  • External and Internal
  • Meetings and Video Conferences are planned, co-ordinates and calendarized appropriately
  • Efficient Handling and Screening of External and Internal Calls and
  • Messages for the Director
  • Co-ordinating with various people at various levels both within and outside the organization
  • Assisting in Creating Presentations
  • Tracking and Bringing up relevant items for Follow up with various teams from time to time
  • Co-ordinating with the Administrative Department and taking care of Travel arrangements
  • Taking care of Hotel/Accommodation and Car bookings for the Director
  • Handling Conferences and Filing of Documents for the Director
  • Taking care of Reimbursements/Claims for the Director
  • Assisting in sending out relevant official communications from time to time
  • Making timely payment of necessary bills such as Mobile bills, etc.
  • Managing Documentation/Correspondence for the Director
  • Handling and Maintaining Confidential Documents for the Director
  • Drafting letters when necessary for the Director
