Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our Loyalty Channel team in the Life Insurance business. As the Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and promoting life insurance products to our existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies and tactics, with a focus on building long-term relationships and maximizing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Actively engage with customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and in-person meetings, to understand their needs, provide personalized advice, and offer relevant life insurance products.
- Analyze customer data and metrics to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and increase customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to develop and implement effective customer loyalty and retention programs and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
