Job Description

Role: Technical Manager

Location: Bangalore

Notice period: 30 Days

Responsibilities:

Build and motivate team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.

Hands-on experience in C# .NET, Web APIs, Open-Source Software, etc.

Hands-on experience in AWS cloud

Experience in designing/architecting databases in the overall solutions.

Providing supervision and guidance to development teams from Architectural & design perspectives.

Experience with Net Core Web API and Front-end development (Angular preferred).

A knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.

Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application.

Strong understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR) & Core CLR, its limitations, and weaknesses.

Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities as well as risks and their respective mitigation actions.

Understand the interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.

Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in computer information systems, management information systems, or similar.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Overall 10+ years of experience Extensive experience in technical management, preferably related to the Education domain.

Has experience in building full-stack applications in the past

Leadership and People Management must have handled team members in the past

Ability to diagnose faults, oversee user testing, and implement required changes.

A master's degree in technology management or business management would be advantageous
