Job Description
We are looking for a Front Office Executive & an Operation & Floor Manager for a newly opening Diagnostic Centre for the location of SIliguri, West Bengal.
JOB DESCRIPTION( Front Office Executive)-
- Receiving and connecting calls and giving necessary information regarding facilities of the hospital. Handling complaints and enquiries and guiding them duly
- The front office staff is responsible for receiving and greeting the patients and visitors. They attend phone calls, answer inquiries, and assist patients in filling up documents.
- Ensure availability of treatment needed for the patient and file and retrieve patient records.
- They make appropriate and timely scheduled appointments of patients with correct doctors. The staff must have time management skills, as patients dont like to wait unnecessarily for doctors consultation.
- Reaching out to patients about their appointments and doing regular follow-up phone calls is also a key role of front office staff. This is a very important gesture that makes an institute stand out in terms of reputation.
- Help distressed and anxious patients and respond to emergencies.
JOB DESCRIPTION (Operation Manager)-
Operations Managers oversee operational activities at every level of an organization. Their duties include hiring and training employees and managing quality assurance programs. An operations manager also strategizes process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule.
Salary will be negotiable.
