The Team
Bancassurance is the largest Sales channel which includes selling life insurance through Banca partners.
Purpose of the Job
To drive the company business and increase revenue by building a strong network with the sales team of the channel partner.
Your contribution areas
Meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners. &
Network with assigned channel partner teams to build win-win business relationship and ensure high performance.
Adhere to the company sales processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance to regulatory and statutory regulations while discharging the work.
Business Skills
Knowledge of financial services domain, specifically Life Insurance, will be a strong advantage.
Education background
Graduate in any stream
Work experience
Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales in banking/Insurance
