Job Description
Position: Leadership Role - Financial Institutions Credit (15-20 yrs)
Role:
- Credit Analysis and underwriting of debt of Indian Banks/ Financial Institutions/ NBFCs
- Undertake a comprehensive credit assessment of Financial Institution entities
- Must have thorough understanding of the Industry, business cycles and other relevant factors
- Consider key market nuances, market factors, policies and regulations in credit assessment
- Be a thought leader in Financial Institution credit analysis
- Lead, continuously train, grow and motivate the team
- Maintain timeliness and quality of credit analysis
Requirments:
- MBA/CA (additional CFA will be an added advantage) with 15-20 years of experience in Credit Assessment/ Credit Underwriting of the debt of domestic Banks, Financial Institutions and NBFCs
- Should have worked in the FIG group in a Bank/ Financial Institution/ AMC in a Leadership role
- Should have good relationship with senior management in these entities
- Good Communication and Relationship Management Skills
- Strong team management skills
- Should be a thought leader
