Companys main area-of-focus includes Engaging Patient Support Programmes, Gamification in healthcare education, Innovative Customer engagement campaigns, Doctors Clinic digitization programmes, Enhanced Field Communication, Artificial Intelligence & IOT (Internet of Things).

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Arranging demo, sharing medical calculators to client as per requirements
  2. Handling Kribado projects end to end, as well as post delivery
  3. Taking requirements from client after purchase order is received, coordination with client for requirement of applications and packing, device tagging
  4. Post client requirement coordination with IT team for app making, device list mapping.
  5. Preparing devices by inserting sim cards, doing settings , labelling the device as per user name.
  6. Providing reports to client in specific format as required by client on daily, weekly and monthly basis
  7. Handling calls from field and respective project manager regarding Kribado issues faced
  8. Training conducted for Pan India users informing about usage of device as well as demo test and technical queries if any.
  9. Replacement of faulty devices
  10. Handling the courier part for replacement of devices, chargers, rolls
  11. Reports to personalized inputs Pixika clients
  12. Cross selling - upselling of products
  13. Coordination with client for changes and other requirements till delivery

 


Skills Set :
1) Advance Excel
2) Professional Mail Drafting

3) Computer Literacy

 

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Salary : 25,000 PER MONTH

Timings: 9am 6pm Monday - Fridays
