Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team at Square Business Services Pvt Ltd. As a Non- IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting and hiring talented professionals to help our business grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Filling positions within an organization.
Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
Developing own network of suitable candidates.
Handling of administration and record-keeping.
Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
Drafting and posting job descriptions.
Interviewing candidate and preparing job offers.
Networking with various institutions and social media.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of work experience in human resources.
Proven work experience in Non-IT Requirement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented interviewer and great decision-making skills.

It's Work From Office Only

Shift Timings:

9:30AM to 6:30PM.
6 days of working Monday to Saturday.
