Job Description

10+ years total experience preferably in both medium & large manufacturing units managing production volumes and operation of multiple plants.
Hardcore production person, having good knowledge and experience in turnaround units in productivity and overall operational excellence.
Exposure to export-oriented manufacturing plants
Experience in overall Factory Administration
Good customer orientation
Work experience in West Bengal for a substantial period
Exposure to setting up new production units green field projects
Proven strategic contribution to business operation and people management
Preferable - Experience in plastic packaging, BOPP, PPE, PP liner, etc.

Profile KRA

Implement best practices of TQM & value engineering
Develop and implement strategies for operational excellence
Improve productivity, quality awareness, and compliance
Develop new product variations and cost-effective alternatives
Train and develop team on technical capabilities
Improve network and liaison with relevant authorities
Guide to set up good practices in the units & maintain healthy IR
Responsible for the overall P & L of the units
Overview of business growth for the vertical
Independently handle green field projects from conception to commissioning

Education:
B Tech, Polymer/Plastic/Mechanical preferably with MBA
