Job Description

Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Manager for the Clothing Industry will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's online sales and marketing operations for their clothing products. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales, increase conversion rates, and optimize the customer experience across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth for the clothing product line.
Manage online merchandising, product catalog, and pricing to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, design, and IT to develop and execute digital campaigns and promotions.
Monitor and analyze e-commerce KPIs and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.
Manage customer service operations and ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in e-commerce and digital marketing to ensure competitive advantage.
Continuously improve website functionality, user experience, and design to increase conversion rates and customer engagement.
Develop and manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, including payment processors, shipping carriers, and platform partners.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and consumer protection laws.
Manage e-commerce budget and track expenses to maximize ROI.
