Job Description

To lead and oversee MEP Design all projects in India by collaborating, engaging, and directing the Consultants and Contractors. Act as the point of contact in the central technical team to interface internally and externally on all issues related with MEP project design guidelines, audit, assisting in execution and delivery.

2. Key Skills

Overall is responsible for developing and design detailed engineering activities Plans, assigns, supervises, and reviews MEP-Design for planning, designing, cost estimating Interact with internal and external stakeholders to develop requirement-specific solutions Interact with Technical Consultant to ensure design achievability Initiate new ideas and innovation of research and design Leadership level for self-competence and team training Ensure to provide quality design and on-time delivery Prepare design tools and methods competence and implement good design practices Review and approve weekly, monthly and special progress reports, as needed Manage and resolve disputes between Consultants, Contractors and other Stakeholders
