Urgent opening for the position of a Sales Coordinator( Female only) with a client a company dealing with specialty ingredients at Malad

Handling inquiries telephonically and via email

Analysing sales data

Preparing proposals and quotations and follow up for feedback

Maintaining stock of samples

Scheduling appointments with customers

Interacting with the QC team

Execution of purchase orders in time to the distributors

Follow up for advance or outstanding payments

Review of proforma invoices

Skills required
- Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks.
- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone and presentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude to dealing with people.
- Working knowledge of MS office

Salary - upto 18000 per month

Office Time - 9.30 - 6.00
Week Offs - Sunday
