Job Description

Role:Laptop support engineer.

[ Field support is mandatory]

Location: Coimbatore , Pondicherry, Tirunelveli & Madurai

Salary: 2.00 2.8 Lakhs P.A

Only immediate joiners are considered.

JD:

Good English communication skills

Knowledge on End-To-End IT Lifecycle

Providing warranty-based support on-field for the customers or user of Desktop/Laptop

Diagnose computer hardware (Desktop/Laptop/A.I. O PC) for faulty hardware.

Provide solution to user/customer by promptly identifying the right hardware component required to be added or replaced to overcome the defect

Capable to rightly replace all the required hardware components of the Desktop/Laptop/PC

Proficient in using various OEM defined Tool-Kits for servicing/repairing the Desktop/laptop

Superior interactive skills to communicate with client and customer teams, for understanding their service demands

Expertise in customer relationship matters and proficient managerial skills.
