Job Description
:- Manage the investment arm and portfolio of family office and treasury of all businesses (Anmol Industries, Anmol Real Estate, Anmol Philanthropy and Anmol Family Office) of Anmol Group
- Design and implement investment strategies, processes and policies
- Identify investment opportunities across asset classes such as debt, equity, alternate investments and allocate funds for portfolio management
- Run thorough analysis on Family Office budget, cashflows and finances and allocate assets and capital for investment and other businesses
- Due diligence of investments before finalizing
- Review current investments, financial statements to understand current state and suggest improvements
- Establish financial terms and structure (e.g., one-off transaction, fund creation) for the investments to be done
- Manage relationships with brokers, PE firms and other service providers and stay up to date with industry norms and trends
- Organize regular investment reports and reviews, including quantitative and qualitative portfolio studies
- Ensure all regulatory, taxation, audit, etc. compliances related to family office are being adhered.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of investment concepts, terminology, styles, models, and strategies, including portfolio theory, asset liability studies, asset allocation and performance measurement, and a solid understanding of capital markets & market regulations
- Deep experience in market research and sourcing network, investment across asset classes, portfolio and risk management and financial due-diligence
- Strong industry connects to ensure relationships with brokers and service providers
- Relevant taxation experience
- Extensive knowledge of statistical concepts, methods, and models, and their application to investments
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent analytical skills
