Currently we have an opening for the position of Sr. Executive- Client Customer/Client Co-ordination for leading Real Estate Company for Kharghar location.

Their qualified and seasoned team of real estate experts works in close collaboration to lay a proper foundation of a project.  Qualification: Graduate

Job Location: Kharghar (Navi Mumbai)

Experience: 1 to 4 Years

CTC: As per Industry norms.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for giving the right information about the projects on Call.
• Responsible for calling on the new leads and for the follow up on all those leads.
• Responsible for Maximum no. of site visits & even conversion also.
• Encouraging and Coordinating site visits with clients
• Coordinating with sales team and other staff for Site Visits.
• Report on leads activities to the reporting managers.
• Keep Market awareness of the other developers and current market scenarios.
