Job Description

- - - Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
    - Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
    - Establish positioning, identify target audiences and develop social media plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
    - Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.
    - Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.
    - Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms.
    - Undertake audience research
    Customer care
    - Be responsible for handling customer care calls.
    - Well-coordinated with concerned section/staff/location on the spot for handling customer care calls.
