Job Description

A minimum of 10 years of relevant IT experience in SAP
Experience with coordinating with multiple internal staff and consultants concurrently. Experience

working in a heavily matrixed organization

Strong analytical ability, process oriented and ability to manage complexity. Able to work independently

against an established set of guidelines

Support experience in a global environment including coordination and alignment with multiple

stakeholders

Proficient utilization of MS Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Experienced in the technical support of EDI, IDOC processing, Taxware & Tradesphere is preferred
Comprehensive understanding of SAP's customizing toolset, including IMG (Implementation Management

Guide)

Comprehensive understanding of SAP data model in CS
Thorough business understanding of sales & manufacturing processes in a plant environment
Comprehensive understanding of SAP architecture

Mandatory Skills:

Should have experience in SAP Customer Services Modules, SAP ERP system, open to work in US, Europe and APAC time zones
