We are Hiring for Sr. NodeJS Developer
- This is for 4 years based, so for 2years also u can consider this JD. So we need 2 developers, one for a 2years basis and another on 4 years basis.
- Experience: 4+ Years
- Work Model: Remote (Work From Home) OR On-Premise OR Hybrid
- We are looking for a Senior Node.JS Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.
- In this role, you will work closely with other developers, project managers, business analysts, and quality analysts to develop the appropriate web solutions. The ideal candidate will have:
Vital Requirements
Technical Skills:
- 4+ Years of Professional experience in Node.JS Development (Expert Level)
- Experience in using software development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GIT/Bitbucket & Jenkins.
- An understanding of Architecture patterns: Microservices, Scaling, Load Balancing
- Deep knowledge of web development technologies and frameworks.
- Experience with Build Automation, Test-driven development, Configuring CICD, Git flow variants,
- Experience working in an Agile team (Scrum Preferred)
- General awareness of Security, Performance, High-availability and Fault-tolerance Trade-offs
- Hands-on experience in developing products in Cloud Environments.
- Understanding the fundamentals of Software Design Principles
Education/Experience
Soft Skills:
- Good command of the English Language.
- Experience with MySQL profiling and query optimization.
- Solid working experience building RESTful APIs.
- Must be dedicated, passionate, and hard-working. Attitude is everything.

Responsibilities:
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
- Implementation of security and data protection
- Integration of data storage solutions
- Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product and database to ensure strong optimisation and functionality
- Working with the team to produce complex and efficient methods and functionalitiesfor next generation web app
Qualifications:
- At least 4+ years of experience in building backend systems preferably in Javascript stack
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript
- Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it
- Must have good understanding of GraphQL
- Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
- Good understanding of server-side templating languages
- Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
- Understanding accessibility and security compliance
- User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
- Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
- Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Bachelor's / Masters degree in Computer Science or similar discipline
