Understand Hiring Requirements: Collaborate with hiring managers to gather a comprehensive understanding of their staffing needs for non-IT positions. Clarify job requirements, desired qualifications, and any specific skills or experience necessary.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job portals and professional networks, to source potential candidates. Proactively search for qualified candidates and build a strong candidate pipeline. Leverage both active and passive sourcing techniques to identify suitable talent.

Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes and applications received from candidates. Conduct initial screenings to assess their qualifications, skills, and experience. Evaluate candidates based on their fit with the job requirements and company culture.

Interview Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers. Arrange interview logistics, such as setting up virtual or in-person meetings and ensuring timely communication with all parties involved. Provide candidates with necessary information and guidance for the interview process.

Candidate Database Management: Assist in maintaining an organized and up-to-date candidate database. Ensure that candidate information, including resumes, contact details, and interview feedback, is accurately recorded and easily accessible. Utilize appropriate tools or applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient database management.

Job Posting: Support in creating compelling job descriptions and posting open positions on relevant job portals and other platforms. Optimize job postings to attract potential candidates and maximize exposure. Monitor job boards for responses and assist in managing candidate applications.

Relationship Building: Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, both active and passive, to develop a strong talent network. Contribute to building connections with industry professionals and potentially attend relevant events or conferences to expand our network.
