Job Description

Client Info: The Company operate on a B2B2C model, where we partner with neighbourhood Retail Stores who can offer Assisted Digital Financial Services like Aadhaar ATM, Aadhaar Deposit, SMS Payment, Khata Service, Utility Payment, Prepaid Cards, Mutual Funds & Insurance, Money Transfer, Hyper local Services and payment services like Bharat QR and UPI using the App. The innovative solutions are modelled to make the financial transactions seamless, quick, and easy and strives to empower our Retailer partners.

Job Profile:

Managing all HR functions of company.
Managing good inter personal relations with all employees.
Handle both senior employees (up to VP level) & also junior employees.
Handling day to day HR Generalist work.
Analyses Recruitment Need
Performance Analysis
Meeting candidates.
Taking Interviews.
Updating HR Data.
Co-ordination with Employees.
Handling 300+ Employees and Branch offices across India.
Handling Human resource Information system (HRIS).
Leading Internal HR Team.

Candidates Profile:

Excellent command over English.
Should have a pleasing personality.
Punctuality, sincerity to the job.
Hard Working.
Relevant Experience in HR Generalist.
Team Handling
Experience in HRMIS
Multi Location Employee Handling.

Note: Candidates from IT and NBFC are preferred.

Office Timing: Normal

Weekly Off: 2 Saturdays and All Sundays
