Job Description

1. - - Initial training to all staff (YDI staff/ Yakult Ladies (YLs)/ Sales Promoters Girls (SPGs)/ Sales Representatives (SRs).
    - Product training.
    - Joining formality for Yakult Lady (YL) and Home Delivery (HD) staff.
    - Refresher training.
    - Refresher training of Staff, Home Delivery (HD), and Retail Sales (RT).
    - Sales talk evaluation.
    - Maintain and analyze Yakult Ladies (YLs) data.
    - Visit the market to grasp market conditions.
    Age: 22 to 30 Years
    
    Candidate Profile :
    - Female Candidate with a pleasant personality.
    - good communication skills (English & Hindi).
    - comfortable working in teams, punctual, sincere, polite to others, and soft-spoken.
    - Must have basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Word).
