Job role & Opportunity
Work with clients to implement solutions around Salesforce commerce cloud. Set up the
initial team, train and build the team to meet the growing needs of the business. Manage resource
requirements on each project and write customer deliverables and implementation plans along

with training to the client as needed. Manage implementation projects from post-sale to post go-
live. Lead and keep the team professionally managed and create a Happy workplace for them

The role has an intrapreneurial component & has ample autonomy to make meaningful
contribution to organisational growth. The founders of the start-up backing the venture has a
quarter century of reputation of fostering talent & of retaining the high potential employees and

Reports to Founder/CEO.
Based out of Indore.

Education/Experience
Experience:

at least 8-10 years of experience in the tech side of ecommerce business having experience of coding/ setting up of the Java based ecommerce business preferably CRM
at least 2-4 yrs Salesforce Commerce Cloud consulting experience with proven ability to deliver Cloud Commerce Solutions
