Understand the Market and Customer trends

Build a robust sales pipeline
Achieve monthly & yearly targets aggressively
Build rapport with major clients to ensure long term relationships
Provide regular sales forecast
Oversee overall performance of Sales Team
Study and evaluate the Sales report to improve the performance of Sales Team

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
