- Understand project scope, goals and deliverables of the Project.
- Effectively communicate project requirements to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion by Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path.
- Help project team to plan and schedule project time-lines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyse results and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
- Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech
Preferred qualifications:
- Over 5+ years of relevant experience in Project Management
- Strong Debugging & Analysis Skills
- Good educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Hands on experience in building/coding end to end Web Applications using C#, WCF, MVC, Web API, SQL/Mongo DB, Angular.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PM tools
- PMP certification is a plus
