We are looking to hire(remote) a highly motivated Ruby on Rails developer/architect capable ofdeveloping cutting-edge enterprise distributed web-based applications. *Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Must have 3+ years strong Ruby on Rails (RoR) backend development
- languages/framework experience: Ruby on Rails, Ruby, RoR
- Experience with secure programming practices and design patterns
- Experience working with data structure and algorithms.
- Experience implementing very complex and high-performance relational logicin SQL through activeRecord interfaces / AREL that will operate on largedata sets
- Experience leading the design and architecture of new product features forweb applications and web services (backend API for mobile apps)
- Experience with MySQL, RDS database development is required.
- Experience with front end technologies Javascript/CoffeeScript, Webpacker,<span style="font-family:
Education/Experience
*We are looking for preferably immediate joiners.
*Our Hiring Process :
1st Round Non-Technical - 30 minutes
2nd Round Technical - 45 minutes
or
1 round 1 hrs 15 minutes that includes both Non-Technical 30 minutes firstand then Technical 45 minutes
*Will be able to make a decision within 24 hrs after the completion of theround.
