Job Description
:We are having an urgent opening for the position of HR Executive at the Kandivali location.
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling internal recruitments.
- Sourcing of Resumes from various sources such as job portals, references, databases, etc.
- Responsible for handling end-to-end HR processes such as recruitment, joining formalities, induction, grievance handling, database maintenance, PMS, and exit formalities.
- Maintaining various MIS
- Implement human resource best practice strategies and practices which contribute to the organization's ability to meet, identified human resource outcomes.
- Creating HR policies and practices to suit/meet the business needs.
- Manage compensation & Benefits, statutory compliances
- Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
