Job Description

Hi,

We are a specialized consultancy in the field of Human Resource management process outsourcing mainly Staffing, payroll management, compliance management. We have our offices in Indore & Pune. Currently we have 2 requirements for HR Recruiter (Female) for our Pune Office at Baner Pashan Link Road.

Job Profile

Sourcing of candidates through jobsites, cold calling, networking and the database of the company.
Short listing of candidates for the various mandates through telephonic-Interviews or face to face
interviews.
Interacting with clients regarding candidates' updates and other matters.
Preparing various MIS reports for the different mandates Contacting candidate ,follow up with candidate and managing candidate pipeline.


Required Profile

We are looking for female candidates who want to built her career in HR and have zeal to learn and grow.

Required excellent English Communication

Qualification - Graduate, preferred Post graduation

Salary for freshers - between 10000 to 12000 per month + incentives up to 12000 monthly depends on performance.
