Job Description

 

Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout) / Goa (Miramar)

Key Deliverables:
A. Talent Acquisition:
1. Lead the full cycle Talent Acquisition process, which includes sourcing, reviewing of CVs, conducting
interviews, offer & on-boarding processes for middle and top management roles within B:Live.
2. Work with Co-founders and Hiring Managers to provide guidance, expertise, collaboration and
teamwork to hire the best talent for our teams.
3. Actively use Social Media Channels for networking to reach the greatest number of potential
candidates through internet sourcing, direct mailing, LinkedIn, industry leads & sources, key
contacts, portals, etc.
4. Lead Campus Engagement initiatives to hire entry level talent and interns for live projects from
premier B-Schools and Tech institutes.
5. Proactively build talent and candidate pipelines to ensure there is a sustainable source of
candidates to achieve recruitment numbers and organization goals.

B. People Processes:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Support current and future business needs through the skill development, engagement, motivation
and retention of employees.
3. Plan and drive the Performance Management process periodically across the organization.
4. Design and execute Training Calendars and Employee Engagement practices to align with business
goals.

We expect candidates to:
Have a deep understanding of each aspect of recruitment lifecycle, candidate experience, stakeholder
engagement and talent branding.
Hand-on expertise in tools MS Excel, PowerPoint, Job Portals, LinkedIn.
Be an independent performer and results oriented.
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Have a strong HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis
Be comfortable working in a startup environment.

 

Education/Experience

 

Qualifications:
An MBA or equivalent Post-Graduate degree
6+ years of hands-on recruitment (primarily non-tech) experience in a startup/ growing organization.
Must have exposure in managing people processes (Training & Development, Performance
Management, Employee Engagement & Retention etc)
