1. Inspection and maintenance of machine
2. Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services.
3. Manage all electrical related activities in plant.
4. Should be able to read & understand Electrical drawing.
5. Must have knowledge of PLC Panel, Drives, Motors, Sensors, DG, Compressor, Transformer, HT/LT Panel.
6. Supervise electrical works when new projects are undertaken.
7. Check availability of required spares/parts with store and demand as per requirement.
8. Lead a 5 member team of ITI's and Helpers
9.Manage a team of 3/4 ITI and helpers to conduct Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS)predictive maintenance and trouble shooting skills
10. Maintenance and replacement of OEM spares
11. Assessment of the current conditions of the plant extrusion press, foundry equipment , drives
and devices , the current usable inventory of spares and consumables , recommended good maintenance practices.
12. Co -ordinate with production and planning team to execute preventive maintenance schedule
13. Orders of all the required spares to be given on time
14. Train operators, helper and improve skill matrix
15. Ensure timely calibration of instruments
16. Inspection of all incoming spares ,machinery
17. Supervise external service provider
18. Maintain all the records pertaining to manuals , specifications, machine History
19. Prepare meeting reports
Required Candidate profile
1. Industry Experience: 2 to 3 Yrs of Exp
2. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, gears, valves is a must
3. Having experience in integrated Aluminium plant mechanical maintenance will be a plus
4. Ability to conduct 5 why analysis on breakdowns
5 Ability to fill maintenance reports and associated part reports in English
6. English reading and writing is a must
