Desired Candidate Profile
Looking for people with a proven experience as a Technical Lead with excellent communication and man management skills. His technical experience should be around, but may not be limited to, the following lines:
Technical Traits
- Full stack development in Java / Python / Go Lang
- Working knowledge and experience in MEAN / MERN stack
- Good understanding and hands on experience in SQL as well as NOSQL Databases
- Experience in handling Blockchain driven solutions using Hyperledger Fabric will be preferred.
- In depth understanding of Cloud Platforms like AWS / Azure
- Experience in Microservice based applications
- Should be experienced and fully conversant with working in an AGILE development environment.
- Experienced in handling client communication
- Needs to be able to have an end-to-end vision, and propose Solution Architecture for different Projects within Delivery.
- Ability to work independently & do POC using new Technologies based on requirement.
Nice to Have
- Experience in delivering an IoT project
- Worked as a SCRUM Master in some of the projects
- Mentoring team members in new technologies and projects
Personality Traits
- Should be able to take a high level of ownership of all work developed by members of the team.
- Responsible for Projects Delivery.
- Effectively manage team members. Smooth People Management Skills.
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
- Manage & Delivery Capacity in different technologies as well. (Should be having excellent grasping power),
- Should be able to perform and lead from the front.
- Candidate who can join immediately are preferable.
- Must understand that it is a very responsible position demanding high level of commitment.

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Diploma - Any Specialization
