Job Opening in Freight Forwarding COmpany

Role: Telesales Executive

Gender: Female

Minimum 2 years of experience in any firm having business module of Sales, Tele Sales, Manufacturer, Supplier, Logistics, BPO and Production

Time: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Salary: 15000 to 18000

Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Candidate should be fluent in English and able to communicate in writing or verbal.

Respond to inbound/outbound calls promptly.

Understand customer queries effectively to provide reply.

Build relationships and engage customers.

Hands on Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Canva.

Ability to set priorities, manage time effectively and multi task, if required.

Managing Vendors and should have negotiation skills.

Team player and Social Media surfer.
