CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR LOBS ; BACK UP FOR SALES

Key Skills/Abilities :
PHONE CALL & EMAIL ETTIQUTES - COMMUNICATION SKILLS/ FOLLOW UP ON ENQUIRES CALLS ; EMAIL. / NEGOTIATION SKILLS WITH
THE LINE ; CLIENT.
DESIRE TO LEARN NEW THINGS ; CHASE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.

Required Experience :
2- 3 YEARS IN THE JOB FF industry only.

Other Comment : Has to have good excel skills ; pivot table skills along with a complete MS office software, powerpoint presentation skills also.
