Key Responsibilities
Understand and analyse data to drive business insights for various functional teams
Perform root cause analysis and problem solving with teams
Provide high quality reports to the management and business stakeholders
Educational Qualifications and Experience required
5 - 7 years of experience in Application Management and support
Expert in Data visualization tools and techniques
Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High proficiency in PL/SQL, Excel, Tableau
Experience in Machine Learning, Python, etc., preferred
Good communication skills and the ability to be a team player
