Job Description

Dear Applicants,

We are looking for HR RECRUITMENT MANAGER with (4+ years) of Experience.

We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruitment Manager who can take the responsibilities of planning, coordinating, and supervising the employment of new employees.

EXPERIENCE: 4+ Years

Location: Hyderabad

Reports to: Managing Director

Responsibilities:

Taking responsibility for scaling the company & recruiting the right kind of people that will determine the course of the company over time

Helping Jr. HR Executives in taking initial screening, processing profiles to further rounds of interviews, and finally closing the profile

Working in a closely-knit HR Team, under the direct supervision of the management

Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases

Experience in managing a team of recruiters

Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process

Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts

Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs

Strong working knowledge of posting jobs across a variety of job portals and other platforms including social media

Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it, developing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements

Ability to discover and solve bottlenecks in the recruiting procedure

Proficient in the use of spreadsheets for creating reports and maintaining data.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA(HR)

Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required

Experience in both IT & Non-IT (Education) industries will be advantageous

Knowledge of MS Office

Good communication & presentation skills
