• Work Location: Bahadurpalle  , Hyderabad (Work from Office)
• 5 Days Working (Rotational Weekly Off)
• 24 / 7 shifts

 Two Way Cab provided

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Must have knowledge on EMR, EHR , authorization forms and HIPPA.
• Good analytical skills.

.       Completes release of information requests including retrieving patients medical chart and returning chart, scanning medical record accurately and correctly and transmitting daily, according to requests, established procedures, and established standards of quality and productivity.

.        Performs quality checks on all work to assure accuracy of the release, confidentiality, and proper invoicing.

.       Address all incoming requests including opening mail, telephone inquiries, and retrieving facsimile inquiries, depending on the needs to the client.

Eligibility Criteria: -

1. Basic Communication Skills in English.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in Healthcare mandatorily.
3. Candidate should be willing to work from office( Bahadurpalle , Hyderabad location).
4. Immediate Joiners preferred.
