- Position: Associate Analyst
- Job Shift: Night
- Job Location: Navi Mumbai
Associate analysts will be a part of the operations team at XL Dynamics India Pvt Ltd. The primary duty of Associate analyst will be to respond to customer queries promptly and accurately to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This profile offers an opportunity to work in a customer focused role that requires strong communication, problem solving, multitasking, and collaboration skills. The position offers a chance to learn and develop new skills while staying up to date with industry trends. Additionally. This role provides a chance to make a positive impact on the lives of customers by providing exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly and accurately via online chat
- Providing excellent customer service and support to clients
- Knowledge of and adherence to SLA guidelines and protocol to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage work effectively.
- Maintaining accurate and complete records of customer interaction and transactions
- Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet team goals.
- Escalating customer issues to the appropriate department as necessary
- Staying up-to-date with company process and industry trends
- Participate in ongoing training and development program to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
