Branch Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Achieve sales & providing customer service, Cross-sell & enhancing relationships with existing customers by selling investment products like Mutual Funds, Insurance & Current & Saving accounts through the generation of referrals from the internal database,

Customer service to ensure walk-in customers' issues, Managing operations like A/c opening, Fixed Deposit, Lockers & Forex, etc, Reviewing all critical reports, monitoring cash levels, fraud control, filing, etc.
