Urgent opening for Branch Relationship Manager Direct Channel.

CTC Up to 9lpa + Travelling + Incentive

Location - Jalgaon / Jodhpur / Aurangabad

JOB SUMMARY

Is responsible for managing, developing & & supervising the team with a key focus on Service to sales through relationship

Management, sales productivity-per-executive, thereby achieving sales && service targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify, interview and select sales executives with support from HR.

To meet the following productivity measures for the unit:

Exceed revenue targets.

Undertake joint field work with executives.

Conduct Fortnightly performance review (PRP)

Supervise daily activity plan of all executives

Ensure that all executives under supervision perform 100%.

Min 2yr team handling
Stability on an avg. of 3 years.
Insurance experience of minimum 7-8 years
Should be from LifeInsurance (Direct/Agency/BANCA)
Age not more than 38
Must be a local of the city.
