Good to have CICS

Mainframe developer with 4+years industry experience

Good knowledge and hands-on experience on MF Cobol, DB2, JCL

Impact analysis, development and unit testing of small enhancements

Have the aptitude to understand functionality by reading code

Good Communication Written and Verbal

Should have a good work ethic and positive attitude

Having worked in Banking or Insurance domain will be a value addition.
